Ordering Policies & Procedures

Defective Return Policy

Please do not destroy the defective shoe dryer. The defective unit(s) are needed for testing to determine the cause of fault.

Claims for destroyed dryers will not be accepted.

For Return Authorization (RA):

Please fill-out this form and fax request for RA number to 208-245-5441 or email your request to Customer Service. Your request must have an RA number assigned to it.

“Batch” prior-authorization requests will not be accepted.


For the lower 48 states, please ship by UPS or Fed-Ex to:

For Alaska and Hawaii, please ship by U.S. Post Office to:

Freight charges must be prepaid and added to the claim.


Please do not deduct claims for monies due to Peet Shoe Dryer, Inc. before dryers are returned and credit is issued. Checks will not be issued, but replacement dryers may be requested. If you have not received credit, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-222-7338.

Dryers must be received before credit is issued.


Special Handling Charges

A six week lead time is required for special handling requirements.

EDI charges:
Call for quote as each account varies in requirements.

$.25 per unit / note pre-ticketed orders are non-cancelable.

Special Box Handling:
$.25 per unit, i.e. special taping of master cartons or unit box, etc.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% plus freight will be assessed on all cancelled orders.
